Warranty and Extended Warranties

All Basement Watchdog systems come with a warranty, based on the product purchased. The details can be viewed below. Glentronics also offers extended warranties on our Battery Backup Systems from 2 to 5 years. This includes the backup pump on our Combination Systems and can be done within 30 days of original purchase. The cost for this extended warranty is different for each model. The price is listed on the Extended Warranty Card that came with your system. If you do not have this card it can be downloaded below. Complete the form and send it to us by U.S. Mail. You will receive a certificate in the mail within a few weeks.
