Warranty and Extended Warranty

All three Basement Watchdog systems come with a 2 year warranty. Glentronics offers the opportunity to extend the warranty from 2 to 5 years. This can be done within 30 days of original purchase. The cost for this extended warranty is different for each models. The price is listed on the Extended Warranty Card that came with the system. If you do not have this card it can be downloaded below.

Click the link that matches the model purchased. Complete the form and send it to us by US Mail. You will receive a certificate in the mail within a few weeks.

The extended warranty covers the pump, controller, charger and float switch. It does not extend the warranty on the battery.
